Payments
In the process of creating an event we will ask you for a bank account and/or cryptocurrency wallet number.
Within a maximum of 72 hours after the event we will transfer the total amount after deducting our handling fee (see our fees). Together with the payment you will be provided with a report detailing the sales and economic management.
Unlike other platforms, there is no minimum amount to withdraw your money.
Attention, cryptocurrencies are a very volatile asset and the amount received will be the amount contributed by the customer at the time of purchase which may differ from the value at the time of payment.
The event organiser can choose whether our handling fee is deducted from the original price or added to the total price in order not to generate extra costs.
Eventstaking reserves the right to change rates, events already created will never be affected.
REFUND AND WARRANTY POLICY
There are two different cases regarding the reimbursement of tickets. In no case will the administration fees of the eventstaking website be refunded. If the booking is cancelled before the start of the event and if the organising body decides that cancellations are permitted, Eventsaking will refund the requested amount. In the case of a cancellation of the event by the organisers, the organisers will be responsible for reimbursing all those affected.
ANTI-FRAUD CHECK
The customer’s purchase may be postponed for the anti-fraud check. It may also be suspended for a longer period of time for a more rigorous investigation to avoid fraudulent transactions.
PRIVACY
